2017 ADO National Youth Championships Entry

Following on from the previous post regarding the 2017 ADO National Youth Championships, here is the official entry form.

As a reminder, the 2017 National Championships will see separate events for the boys and girls, with the winners of each event receiving a trip to compete in the 2017 Winmau World Masters in England!  The dates of the World Masters are yet to be confirmed.  The date of the 2017 ADO National Youth Championships is Friday, August 4, 2017, and is – as usual – held in conjunction with the USA Classic, in Stamford, CT.

Rules and additional information are listed on the entry form here, or at the foot of the page.  Payments can be made through Paypal at www.adodarts.com, but please, remember that you have to submit the completed entry form.

Closing date for entries and payments is Friday, June 30, 2017.
